Alpaca Health ↗ is a vertical SaaS platform designed to streamline the administrative and clinical tasks of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapists. The platform helps independent ABAs manage their practices more efficiently, from scheduling and billing to real-time data collection and analysis, freeing them to focus on client care.

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a therapeutic approach used to teach positive behaviors to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. For independent ABAs, managing both clinical and business aspects of their practice can be overwhelming. Alpaca Health simplifies this process, offering a comprehensive software solution to support their work.

When Michael, the co-founder of Alpaca Health, came to Kind Heart Design, they needed a full website and 0 to 1 product design to better serve their audience and create the entire user experience from scratch. We partnered with them to create a beautiful website and powerful platform that supports ABAs in managing their practices, delivering over 200+ screens in 4 months.
